Urinary tract infection-A major health problem

The urinary tract comprises of ureters, urethra, kidneys and bladder. A urinary tract is caused by pathogenic organisms in any of the urinary tact structures. Urinary tact infection usually takes place in a major structural segment such as cystitis bladder infection, urethritis, ureter infection, and kidney infection.

There are also many other structures that are connected to the urinary tract and sometime they cause the Urinary Tact Infection. They are not technically considered as Urinary Tact Infections. Urinary Tact Infection is more common among women as compared to men. There are many infections that got ignored but Urinary Tact Infection is such a problem that can cause many other problems such as damage to any organ that may lead to death. Kidneys are the most active organ of the body that has an average production of 1.5 quarts of urine approximately per day. It has the function to help the electrolytes and fluids to remain in balance and assist removal of waste products from the body. It also produces red blood cells that aids in producing the hormones.

If Urinary Tact Infection injures or destroy the kidneys then the functions of the kidney are also damaged. Urinary Tact Infection is not transmitted from one person to another but there are some suggestions that say that sexual interaction may transmit this infection from one person to another. This Urinary Tact Infection is more common in young girls as compared to old age women. There are many treatments that are recommended by the doctors in order to get rid of this problem. There are many specialized doctors who are specifically dealing this problem of girls. It might be caused by any reason such as in balance diet or any other dietary of physical body issue. These issues are commonly treated with the use of drugs and medicines that clears this infection thoroughly and completely from the body. These drugs are given in some specific conditions that can be treated with these drugs. There are many surgeries that are done in case of critical condition of the patient or if he is hanging between life and death.
